BUILDING SUCCESSFUL INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

The training event is designed to help (prospective) KA2 project coordinators improve their ways of forming and managing an international project team, planning a project and writing a project application, finding further funding for after their current project will have run its course, gaining the interest of the relevant stakeholders and keeping them engaged, working with the lump sum model, and organizing project events.

The participants are going to work with the following trainers/experts:
