The EUPA Changes its Office Hours
The European Union Programmes Agency (EUPA) would like to announce new office hours for the public, where one can acquire face-to-face information about programmes administered on behalf of the European Commission. Such office hours can be utilised to meet any of the officers in relation to the programmes and networks managed by the agency, including the Lifelong Learning Programme and the Youth in Action Programme.
The new hours, effective from February 2010, are as follows:
- Mornings (8am to 12.30pm): Monday to Friday open to the public without appointment;
- Afternoons (1pm to 4pm): Monday only by appointment, while Tuesday and Thursday without appointment;
- Wednesday and Friday afternoons, the EUPA shall be closed to the public.
It is important to note that these office hours are not applicable to the EUPA’s administration, including the actual submission of applications. The front office shall in fact be open on all working days both in the morning and afternoon (up to 4pm) to observe the programme deadlines.
More information on the EUPA, including contact details and information on each of the programmes, can be found at www.eupa.org.mt.
