Getting into agribusiness is a real opportunity for young people to work in a field of ideas, innovation, research and passion, with the integration of other sectors of the economy in their farm, such as the environment, agri-tourism services, and trade groups. The sector can be developed in synergy with contemporary society and with a significantly important quality of life and well being.

This seminar is aimed to a group of 24 young people, youth leaders, youth workers and / or people who work with young people in rural areas, small towns or neighbourhoods with large populations but young people at risk of social exclusion.

The aim will be improving youth employability of rural areas in Europe through their empowerment in the agricultural world, thus helping to give effect to the principle of equality between young people and their active participation in the social, economic, political and cultural development.
