Dublin, Ireland | 8-11 November 2016
This seminar aims to bring together adult education professionals (Adult Education Field) and youth workers (Youth Field) from the participating European countries who wish to explore the use of non-formal and informal learning in their practice, and also look at suitable opportunities for validation and recognition of that learning.
The aim of the seminar is to produce project ideas and start the planning process for Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships on this theme. Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships aim to support the development, transfer and implementation of innovative practices as well as the implementation of joint initiatives promoting cooperation, peer learning and exchange of experience at European level.
The seminar is targeted at practitioners in the Adult Education and Youth Fields who are interested in exchanging and developing good practices, methods, materials, tools, pedagogical approaches and/or ways of working in European cooperation. Participants should be committed to plan Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic Partnerships on the theme of the seminar. The seminar is open to all programme countries.
The seminar programme will be composed of inputs from experts in the area of non-formal learning and validation, workshops related to the theme, networking activities and project development. Support around how to make an application under the KA2 Strategic Partnership Action of Erasmus+ will be a feature throughout. The programme will include a cultural event in the evening of Thursday 10 November.
All costs will be covered by the National Agency and the participants just need to contribute with a €20 participation fee.
